The total ranch encompasses 50,000 acres, between Durango and Grand Junction. One half of the property is used for hunting and access to the national forest, whereas 25,000 acres are kept as a sanctuary, to keep the animals from being over pressured. This is either a self guided or fully guided hunt. Includes rustic cabin and cooking utensils. Private Land tags for Mule Deer are available. Groups of 8+ may take the ranch exlusively.Outfitter has horses and 4-wheelers to retrieve game. Expect 70%+ success on drop camp and cabin hunts.
